The 9-Month Coaching Experience
>> Why 9 months? Birthing a career elevation is akin to birthing a baby. It is a creative process that includes ripening over 3 trimesters.
PHASE 1: VISion
In the first phase, you will be fully guided on a soulful, inward exploration of your inner career yearnings. This process supports you in recognizing what you are truly feeling called to do, why this is important in the world at this time, and how you are uniquely suited for this work. You will complete this phase with a written vision for your career path ahead that feels fun, fulfilling, and in flow.
PHASE 2: value
Next, you will cultivate confidence. This includes a process of testing your ideas to see the results and real value that flow from your vision and genius. In addition, during this phase you'll learn how to use your feminine creative power to work with ease, flow, and trust. You will complete this phase with a clear idea of the product, service, or new job you will pursue as an expression of your vision.
PHASE 3: voice
In the third phase, you will begin to share your vision and value with people who are looking for you. In the process, you will learn "channeling," a feminine way to communicate through divine connection, and "inviting," a feminine way to engage your audience that feels more joyful than selling. In this phase, you will complete a written invitation to be hired like a website, resume, or job pitch.

Everything I teach is something I have mastered. I know the pain and glory of disrupting two perfectly secure career paths to follow higher callings. As I understand it right now, my higher calling is to awaken the Feminine Genius on the planet. Work is a sacred temple to me where I serve people’s souls. This means I too must work hard to shed ego-based behaviors so that I embody love.
I serve from extensive study in the divine feminine and other spiritual traditions, as well as 20+ years experience as a leader in multiple industries. I have worked professionally as a lawyer, a nonprofit managing director, and an entrepreneur; and I bring all that experience and wisdom to you. Your time with me is always a deep experience of receiving both mystical and practical guidance to support moving toward your higher calling.
I am known lovingly as “The Genius Guru” because I serve as mirror into your genius. (I am a Reflector if you know about Human Design!) With this clear seeing also comes your connection to divinity, inner wisdom, and being whole and perfect just as you are.
