Project Scoping
As an organization, you can engage me as a consulting partner over a defined period of time, typically 3–6 months.
We will create a written agreement that outlines the scope and structure of our work and includes either an hourly rate or flat project fee designed to align with your goals and budget.
Either through a consultation or a more in depth vision & strategy session, we will set all the details and specifications of how we will work together.
